Ordering from Flipper Fanny's
We are a strictly personalized service. Everything is made to your special order, and every order is different, so don't look for a shopping cart! We don't list products in "cookie cutter" fashion. That's why I want to hear from you by Phone or Email. Just tell me what you want, and I'll get right to it! And if you're not sure, we'll come up with several ideas together, so that you always get what best suits your needs.
To order: It's as easy as 1, 2, 3:
- Call (831-234-0562) or email and let me know what you'd like. If the order is for a special occasion, be sure to include the date of the event. I will reply within 24 hours; most orders can be ready with 48 hours. As much advance notice as possible is appreciated.
- Pick up and delivery:
- You can swing by and pick up your order yourself.
- Your order can be shipped to you or directly to the person for whom your gift is intended. Shipping prices vary widely, based on total weight, size of package, distance to be traveled, and immediacy (Overnight? Two day Priority?). I'll find the best deal (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS). The exact shipping cost, plus a $5 packaging and handling fee will be added to your invoice.
- If your order is to be delivered within Santa Cruz, it can be can be brought directly to you or the lucky recipient of your gift for a minimum $5 fee, based on number of packages, distance and so on. The delivery fee will be added to your invoice.
3. Payment: Local checks are best for me. I can also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discovery cards when you place your order by phone.
