Here at Flipper Fanny's Cookies. Cakes… and More! we care about the future of the planet. The company is an active member of The Green Performance Network of Santa Cruz area businesses.
We compost our organic waste such as eggshells, fruit rinds, etc. We recycle paper and plastic materials. Our standard packaging largely consists of bio-degradable paper products (pastry boxes, tissue, raffia ribbon).
An option available at no additional cost to you, is packaging in landfill safe, natural waxed paper bags and in containers somehow made from yams and cornstarch.
