As Carrot Cake is one of Flipper Fanny's most popular items, why not offer a Carrot Cake Cookie? Made with canola oil and heart-healthy oatmeal; this recent addition to the Flipper Fanny repertoire has a soft, cake-like texture. The freshly-grated carrots add moistness, not to mention a good dose of fiber and beta-carotene topped off with a spicy zip of cinnamon. The tops are drizzled with fat-free lemon icing. Each cookie weighs about 2 ounces, or the equivalent of about 2 giant bites.
